Our chapter’s next meeting will be held Thursday, July 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Enterprise Mill Starch Room. Our guest speakers are Ed Enoch and Rachel Ray of Enoch Tarver, PC. They will be presenting "Building a Strong Estate Plan: How CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys Work Together to Protect Clients." 

Here is some additional information on our speakers:

Ed Enoch graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University law school after serving his country in the Navy as a nuclear power plant operator. Ed has practiced law in Augusta his whole legal career, with a focus on representing small businesses and the people who own them. Ed’s practice emphasizes employment law, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and real estate law. He has served as legal counsel for the Augusta-Richmond County Coliseum Authority since 2003.
 
Rachel Ray, originally from Miami, Florida, joined Enoch Tarver in 2019, bringing with her over 25 years of litigation experience. After earning her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, Rachel began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for Escambia County in Pensacola, Florida.  After moving to Augusta, Rachel focused her professional attention on assisting individuals and small businesses in the CSRA and nationwide with contracts, business formations, intellectual property issues, real estate matters, and estate planning. Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, Rachel is uniquely positioned to assist individuals and businesses that are transitioning to or from Florida and Georgia.
