Our speakers will be Andy Decker, CEO of Goodwin Recruiting, and Mariana Orihuela, Director of Compliance Solutions, with ADP. 

Andy Decker has over 18 years of experience in recruiting leadership.  He previously served as CEO of I.K. Hofmann USA.  Before joining Hoffman, Andy was a senior regional vice president at Robert Half.  He will share his experience in recruiting professionals and his insights into the use of AI in filling leadership positions.

Mariana Orihuela is the Manager of Compliance Solutions for Tax Credit and Business Incentives at ADP.  She will discuss her support of innovations and assistance to growing organizations to assess a multi-credit strategy approach from R&D to state incentives and transferable credits. Mariana will be accompanied by Michel A. Smith, CPA, CGMA, Director of Tax for ADP. They will update us on the R&D Credit.
