Here is some additional information on our speaker:

Benjamin Richardson is the Director of Information Technology at RPS, a managed services provider in Augusta. He leads managed IT, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 services for small and mid-sized organizations working in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, dental, and legal. Ben holds a Master of Science in Information Security Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Augusta University, along with several industry certifications. His nearly twenty years of experience includes division management at CVS Health, enterprise infrastructure and automation roles at Fortune 500 financial institutions, and at IBM, where his team designed and built IBM Watson Health. Ben will walk us through the threats most relevant to accounting professionals, why CPA firms are attractive targets, and the practical steps your firm can take to protect client data and maintain business continuity.
