Additional information on our speaker: John Kirbo has a long history of successfully navigating complex tax disputes. His work has encompassed a variety of tax issues, including audit representation, tax litigation, penalty abatement requests, innocent spouse claims, and collection issues. He also has an extensive legal background resolving numerous tax controversies, including Section 831(b) captive insurance companies, Section 170(h) conservation easements, as well as estate and gift valuations.
