Our chapter’s next meeting will be held Thursday, August 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Enterprise Mill Starch Room. Our guest speaker, John Kirbo, Esq., will be speaking on tax penalties and related issues. 
 
John Kirbo is a Senior Attorney at Wiggam Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Kirbo has a long history of successfully navigating complex tax disputes. His work has encompassed a variety of tax issues, including audit representation, tax litigation, penalty abatement requests, innocent spouse claims, and collection issues. He also has an extensive legal background resolving numerous tax controversies, including Section 831(b) captive insurance companies, Section 170(h) conservation easements, as well as estate and gift valuations.
