This workshop provides CPAs with a practical framework for identifying, analyzing, and resolving ethical dilemmas encountered in the workplace. Participants will explore key ethical principles, including universal values and the importance of maintaining public trust, while applying multiple decision-making philosophies such as utilitarian, rules-based, and values-based approaches. Through real-world case studies and role-playing exercises, learners will develop the skills to navigate conflicts involving independence, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
