Stephen A. Bradshaw, CPA
Stephen Bradshaw is a Partner in Bennett Thrasher's State and Local Tax practice, providing state income/franchise tax consulting; compliance; ASC 740 (provision); sales/use tax consulting; state tax credit and incentives; unclaimed property; and other miscellaneous state tax services to clients of varying sizes and legal entity types. Stephen has spoken at or been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Accounting Today, Thompson Reuters, Georgia Restaurant Association, Georgia Society of CPAs and others. In addition, Stephen has developed particular expertise in conducting buy- and sell-side state tax due diligence and preparing companies for M&A deals. He also has significant experience supporting technology companies with sales tax nexus and taxability issues, obtaining voluntary disclosure agreements and advising companies in becoming compliance prospectively. Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Stephen spent five years at Deloitte Tax, LLP in the Multistate Tax Services line, providing state income/franchise tax consulting, compliance and ASC 740 (provision) services to large corporate taxpayers.
