Leslie B. Fletcher, CPA, PH.D.
Dr. Fletcher received her BA in sociology and psychology from Duke University in Durham, NC. She earned her PhD in business with a major in accounting and minor in economics from Louisiana State University in Baton, Rouge, LA. She holds a CPA certificate (inactive) from the state of Louisiana. Leslie Fletcher is professor of accounting at Georgia Southern's School of Accountancy in the College of Business Administration, where she teaches primarily accounting for students who are not accounting majors and international accounting for students who are accounting majors. Her research interests include international accounting, issues related to management decision making, and accounting curriculum matters. She has presented numerous continuing professional education sessions for regional accounting groups. She is active in many professional organizations.
