Christa Dilalo
Christa DiLalo Director, Southeast Region Research Christa DiLalo is the Director of Southeast Research, driving strategy and managing research activities in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, and Nashville. She oversees the development of Southeast research professionals and conducts primary research and data-driven analysis to interpret and present real estate trends as a strategic partner for brokers and clients, providing market data, analytics, forecasting, and data interpretation to drive business development and client services. Ms. DiLalo joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and previously served as the Associate Director of Research in New Jersey. She is an active member of the Women's Integrated Network, BUILD, and UNITY communities and is a past a recipient of the Tri-State Research Professional of the Year and C&W of New Jersey Community Award. Ms. DiLalo received her Master of Public Policy and Master of City and Regional Planning degrees from The Bloustein School at Rutgers University. She is actively involved with Habitat For Humanity, having served a three-year term on the Board of Directors for HFH of Middlesex County, NJ and running week-long Collegiate Challenge service trips for high school students to Raleigh, NC each summer.
