Gary P. Graham Biography: Gary P. Graham is a partner in the family law firm of Stern and Edlin, P.C., where he has exclusively practiced family law since February 2000. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in May of 1999. Mr. Graham was the winning attorney in the precedent setting divorce case of Miller vs. Miller, 288 Ga. 274 (2010). Mr. Graham has been honored by Atlanta Magazine as a Georgia Rising Star - Super Lawyer. Mr. Graham currently serves as Treasurer of Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and as a member at large on the executive committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Graham is also a frequent lecturer at professional seminars and continuing legal education courses, and has authored numerous articles on a range of domestic relations issues. He co-authored, with Shiel G. Edlin, Esq., "How to Introduce E-Mail into Evidence and Related Considerations," State Bar of Georgia Family Law Newsletter, August and September 2000 Edition, and "Ten Easy Ways to Close a Client," Senior Lawyer, American Bar Association Senior Lawyers Division, Volume 17, Number 1, Spring 2005. He authored and presented "Obtaining Passports for Children of Divorced Parents and Other Considerations" at the 22nd Annual Family Law Institute, 2004, and was also one of the speakers at the 2006 Georgia Psychological Association - Family Law Institute Joint Conference, speaking on the issue of ethics. He authored and presented "Managing Client's Expectations and Other Dilemmas Faced by Family Law Attorneys, and What Professionalism Is Not" at the "Family Law – Managing Client Expectations" seminar, which was presented by the Family Law Section of Atlanta Bar Association in February 2009. He co-chaired the seminar presented by the Family Law Section of Atlanta Bar Association on February 10, 2010 that was entitled "Family Law Updates and Practice Pointers." He authored and presented "What Miller Means" at the "Nuts and Bolts of Family Law" seminars presented by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in August and September 2011.
