Katherine D. Morris, CPA
Katherine's tax practice is focused on providing a full suite of tax services to public and private global companies in the technology, communications, professional services, manufacturing and consumer products industries. She also provides high-growth companies support in mergers and acquisitions, including taking private equity companies public through an initial offering. In addition to providing tax compliance, consulting and due diligence services, Katherine provides accounting for income tax services. With over 29 years experience, Katherine is a former BDO tax partner and prior to that was with Arthur Andersen until its demise. She frequently speaks to audit and accounting audiences, including: state CPA societies, Tax Executives Institute (TEI) Executive Enterprises, CPE groups, and clients on technical matters. She has led domestic and international webinars on technical subject matters and published an article on the impact of the Sarbanes Oxley Act on accounting for income taxes.
