Oscar L. Wiseley
Lee joined Family Asset Management in 2006 and brings both legal and tax experience to FAM. His background includes working for his family's manufacturing business, four years with the Internal Revenue Service as an Estate Tax Attorney and 11 years in private law practice representing high net worth clients in connection with estate planning and administration, business planning and tax controversies. Lee earned his BBA with an emphasis in Finance as well as his JD from the University of Georgia. He later earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Emory University. A frequent speaker at professional education programs, he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Previously, Lee served as Chair of the Fiduciary Law Section of the Georgia Bar.
