Steven Tillinger
Steven J. Tillinger is a certified public accountant in Texas who has focused his entire accounting career toward the tax issues of small business and professional individual taxpayers. In addition, he is an adjunct professor of taxation in the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Mr. Tillinger began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and BDO Seidman, both in Houston. He taught tax courses for Arthur Andersen at its national tax conferences and for BDO Seidman at national tax conferences and annual partners' meetings. He left BDO Seidman to start his own practice in Houston, which he later relocated to Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Tillinger received the Recognition Award from the Houston CPA Society as its "Outstanding Speaker of the Year."
