Dr Constance Pritchard
Dr. Constance J. Pritchard is well known for her work in leadership, customer service, and career development working with individuals and groups across the Southeast. Currently she is the President and Principal with The Pritchard Group, Inc. a training and consulting firm she founded in 1993. The Pritchard Group designs, develops, and conducts professional development and applied research programs. Representative clients of The Pritchard Group include local, state and regional organizations and agencies -- both in the private and public sector. The Pritchard Group, Inc. serves clients in the southeast, middle Atlantic, and midwestern regions in face to face consultation and trainings as well as through her corporate elearning site (http://pritchard.mrooms.net) Dr. Pritchard has presented seminars and workshops around the country on human resource and organization development topics. She has earned a doctorate in student personnel services, a master's degree in linguistics, and a bachelor's degree in English and history. Projects and programs under her direction have been recognized nationally for outstanding service. Her dissertation research on small business also gained national accolades. She is certified to deliver the Global Career Development Facilitator training both face to face and through e-learning. She is also a High Performance Career Development facilitator through NCDA. Dr. Pritchard is a dedicated community volunteer currently serving on the Board of Directors of non profit organizations and the Lower Savannh Workforce Investment area. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Leadership program. She has received many honors including the Aiken County Volunteer of the Year, South Carolina Woman of Achievement, Sam Walton Business Leader, and the SC House of Representatives. For fun, Dr. Pritchard and her husband run an online book and game store called: Shore to Read & Play.
