Robert C. Bezgin, CPA Mr. Bezgin specializes in audit, accounting and tax services to local governments, municipal authorities and not for profit organizations Mr. Bezgin is a recognized discussion leader for the American Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Mr. Bezgin teaches auditing and accounting courses in state and local governments, not for profit organizations, and peer reviews. Mr. Bezgin is a Member of the AICPA Peer Review Board Oversight Task Force and Committee Member of Pennsylvania's Peer Review Committee responsible for overseeing the quality of work performed by CPAs in the United States of America.
