Kevin Couillard
Kevin Couillard is Executive Director and co-founder of FairValue Advisors, LLC. Clients, ranging from developmental stage businesses to Fortune 50 companies, have relied on his valuation expertise since 1988. Kevin has demonstrated his broad appraisal experience for various purposes including financial reporting, tax, ESOP, litigation, transaction, and internal planning. He holds the CFA and ASA designation. Kevin received an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been a guest speaker and lecturer on business valuation topics for numerous professional and trade organizations and has co-developed/teaches courses on Real Options, Binomial Modeling & Simulation for the Center for Advanced Valuation Studies and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
