Stephanie Searcy
Stephanie Searcy, is the market director for Robert Half overseeing two locations in Georgia and the Birmingham, AL office. Her career with the global staffing firm spans 15 years. She has held several positions during that time including staffing manager, branch manager and metro market manager before taking on her current role. A graduate of Presbyterian College in South Carolina, Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in political science before heading to the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business where she obtained her MBA. She is an active member of the community serving as the president of the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance National Board, a past president of the board of Stepping Stones Educational Center and serving as Parish Life co-chair and Flower Guild member at Saint George's Episcopal Church. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys relaxing with her husband of 18 years, Daniel, and their two children, Ellen (16) and Stroud (13).
