Alla Raykin, Esq.
Alla Raykin is a partner at Asbury Gardner focusing her practice in state and local tax (SALT) controversy and litigation matters. Alla regularly appears in state trial and appellate courts throughout Georgia, as well as in other states. Alla has obtained several victories from state high courts. She also has significant experience litigating local property tax and license tax cases, and dealing with novel procedural issues. Alla also advises clients on an array of SALT planning and policy matters in all tax types, including sales and use, income, property, and other local taxes. She has worked extensively with highly regulated industries, including telecommunications and energy. Before joining Asbury Gardner, Alla worked at Eversheds Sutherland and previously worked as a staff attorney at the Georgia Department of Revenue.
