Geoffrey M. Rhines, CPA, MBA
Geoffrey M. Rhines, CPA/PFS, CGMA Senior Retirement Plan Consultant Since 2002, Geoff has worked with Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors, assisting them in the design and implementation of executive benefit plans, business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies. He is experienced in all areas of qualified and nonqualified plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and 401(a) plans, deferred compensation, supplemental defined benefit plans and executive carve-out designs. As a result of his experience, Geoff has presented on the topics of qualified and nonqualified plans and executive benefits to CPA firms, CFO and Benefit Managers, Society of Human Resource Management conferences and has been published in various Accounting and Human Resource professional journals. Geoff obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). Geoff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Georgia Society of CPAs, and Member of the Georgia Society of CPAs Leadership Council. Geoff enjoys spending time with family and participates in mentoring activities as an alumnus of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a fan of the shooting sports and extended road trips with his local Harley Owners Group.
