Theresa Etheredge
With over 20 years of experience in the HR profession, Theresa is driven to elevate the value-add capabilities of People. Her HR career includes 18 years at Atlanta-based Coca-Cola Enterprises, and 10 years at Fortune-Ranked JM Family Enterprises. She has expertise in the areas of Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Talent Planning, Change Management and Performance Management. Her experiences as an HR Strategist and Innovator are what led her to leave her Corporate role to co-found, intHRaction, a Collaborative Performance Engagement SaaS platform. The inspiration for intHRaction began with the belief that we are “more” in our work-lives than what is truly captured by traditional performance review processes, and, in order to maximize the skills, abilities and talents of People, organizations need real-time, transparent and inclusive People data. intHRaction has reimagined Performance Management, Engagement and Recognition and made it easy to get the people and performance data organizations need to maximize workforce potential. Theresa is an active member of SHRM, Women in Technology, Women in Data, and the ISDTT (International Strategic Development Think Tank). She also mentors HR professionals and members of the Women in Data community.
