Cayci H. Branum
Cayci Branum is a senior manager with over 13 years of experience in providing accounting, assurance and consulting services for a wide variety of financial institutions. She has specialized in the external and internal audits of financial institutions and insurance companies and has extensive experience in administering and performing Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance for accelerated filers and smaller reporting companies, as well as Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act (FDICIA) compliance, operational and financial internal audits, and mergers and acquisitions accounting. Over the past several years, Cayci has become deeply entrenched in the firm’s risk advisory practice to gain experience with regulatory compliance including loans, deposits and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) for our financial institution clients. Clients appreciate her willingness to listen and active interest in improving their control environment and maintaining a strong regulatory compliance program.
