Courtney Kirschbaum
International speaker and presenter, Courtney Kirschbaum is known for smart, insightful, informative content and an engaging, frank manner in her talks and presentations. She leaves audience members galvanized to take action and inspired to go for their most ambitious goals. As one of her audience member's commented "She's so compelling; you can't not listen to her!" Courtney was one the eWomen Network's Top 5 Speakers in 2013 and was the closing speaker at TEDx Edmonton in 2014. Working with Millennial college students and recent graduates is another area of specialty for Courtney. Her Success Factor and Survivor: Corporate America programs address the challenges faced by recent graduates and young professionals beginning their careers. She speaks and colleges and universities all over the US and Canada helping student make authentic career choices and conducts workshops teaching success skills and how to develop a high-performance mindset. Beginning her career as a program manager for global consulting firms, Deloitte, KMPG and BearingPoint, Courtney spent 15 years running key and coaching individuals and teams, she pursued her interest in peak performance and human potential development and she received coaching and development training from Jack Canfield, America's #1 Success Coach, founder of the billion-dollar book brand Chicken Soup for the Soul©.
