Shannon W. Russo
Shannon Russo is Chief Executive Officer of Kinetix, LLC. She was instrumental in combining three companies to form a full-service talent solutions firm that offers clients tailored solutions to optimize their business. Through Shannon's leadership, 20 years of industry knowledge, and operational expertise, Kinetix has quickly become one of the premier talent & management companies in the country. In her role as CEO, Shannon is responsible for overall operations and leading the strategic direction of Kinetix. Over the past five years, she has built a culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets, and launched new service offerings to support the complete talent life cycle. Prior to forming Kinetix at the end of 2004, Shannon held various Vice President positions throughout ten years at Spherion Corporation, a Fortune 500 staffing, recruiting and workforce solutions company. As Corporate Officer and Vice President, Finance, she oversaw risk management (insurance), pricing, contract compliance, reporting, business analysis and planning in support of the company's strategy to move from an alliance to an operating model. As Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Shannon developed strategies to consolidate divisions and leverage operational and product functions across businesses, managed strategic development, and a new focus, Outsourcing. She also served as Vice President, Business Services; and Vice President & Treasurer. Shannon has also held management positions at large, public and privately traded companies such as W.R. Grace, M&M/Mars, Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in the US and overseas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
