Norman Solomon
Norman S. Solomon's corporation, Norman S. Solomon, CPA, Inc., maintains an office in La Jolla, California. Mr. Solomon also provides tax consulting services to other accountants and attorneys on an advisory basis. He is an author and lecturer for the California CPA Education Foundation, state CPA societies, and other vendors, and makes presentations at seminars, conferences, and workshops. Mr. Solomon's prior experience includes Solomon, Schaim & Company and Norman S. Solomon & Company as a tax consultant and educator. He was also a senior tax accountant at Haskins & Sells (Deloitte-Touche) in San Diego, California. He worked part-time as a tax return preparer for Lybrand, Ross Bros. & Montgomery (Coopers & Lybrand) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was an instructor and lecturer for various colleges and universities teaching tax and accounting classes. For the past several years he has been a member of the Steering Committee for the annual National Tax Conference. Mr. Solomon received his B.S. in Economics and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D., cum laude, and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. He maintains memberships in the California CPA Society and other professional organizations. Mr. Solomon is licensed as a CPA and attorney in California.
