Jeffrey Pirone
Jeff is an individual practitioner providing high-level financial and advisory services to start-up enterprises and established businesses. Prior to starting his own business, he spent almost 10 years at KPMG where he focused on financial statement audits of high-technology and multi-national businesses. Jeff also spent 10 years as a Chief Financial Officer for a multi-national, publicly held, high-technology business. His areas of expertise include mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, IPO and capital markets planning, capital strategy and financing, and internal control implementation under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. His clients currently include pre-IPO start-up and large multi-national public companies. While at KPMG, Jeff served as an instructor for new staff. Jeff has also written and taught courses on FAS 121.
