Heather Mausz
Heather Mausz is the Director of Recruiting & Employee Development at HA&W. She started as Director of Recruiting in 2005, but quickly expanded the role to include Employee Development work as well – it is her belief that not only should a firm bring in quality hires, but they should invest in their development throughout their careers. In her role, Heather is responsible for experienced hiring, college campus recruiting, employee assessments, career pathing, employee and executive coaching, and leadership development. She is certified to administer and deliver feedback on both the Birkman assessment tools as well as the Highlands Natural Abilities tools. She has her Undergraduate degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University, and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University.
