John A. Heagy III
Mr. Heagy has been active in the Atlanta commercial real estate market since 1977 and manages the marketing of Hines' entire 5.9 million square foot portfolio of office space in Atlanta. Mr. Heagy also manages the securing of office leasing assignments across the Southeastern United States and the pre-leasing of Hines' extensive portfolio of land held for development in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. Mr. Heagy's responsibilities include all of Hines' owned properties and third-party leasing assignments on behalf of other owners and investors in the Southeast. A legend in the Atlanta real estate market, Mr. Heagy serves as a member of the Boards of the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, and Central Atlanta Progress.
