Bryan Bloom

Mr. Bloom is a tax partner in the firm Shanley & Fisher. He was formerly a tax associate at the firms Brown & Wood and Hannoch Weisman. Mr. Bloom is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Tax Section, Consolidated Return Subcommittee and Committee on Partnerships. Mr. Bloom served on the advisory board of Corporate Financing Strategist. He is an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Graduate Tax Program. Mr. Bloom has lectured at both the New Jersey and New York Society of CPAs. He received an LL.M, Taxation, from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law, and a Economics, from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and Finance.
