Laura Pait RHIA, CCS
Laura W. Pait, R.H.I.A., C.C.S. Laura is a Senior Manager with the firm's healthcare consulting group. She provides our clients with coding compliance assessment services, specializing in clinical coding and reimbursement. Laura brings extensive experience to the firm, from knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding, which she used in instruction and consulting for facilities and physicians, to her management background in medical records. Laura attended Armstrong State College in Savannah, GA where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Health Information Management in 1984. She continued her education at the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, GA, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Records Administration in 1989. Laura is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, the North Carolina Health Information Management Association, and the Society for Clinical Coding.
