Karen J. Reynolds, CPA, CGMA
Karen Reynolds is a CFO and Operations Partner at TechCXO, a pioneer in providing industry-relevant fractional and part-time executives and teams to companies in the U.S. and U.K. Karen is adept at managing all financial, accounting, facilities, human resources, legal, risk management and regulatory compliance aspects of businesses, with 25 years of experience at the C-level for both private and public companies. Her depth of experience includes M&A transactions from both the buyer and seller side, post-merger integration, turn-arounds, financial reporting, cash flow management, contract negotiations and mentoring and developing accounting staff. She has particular expertise in Transaction Readiness Services prepping companies to present the full value of the company before the due diligence process begins. Transaction Readiness | TechCXO. Prior to joining TechCXO, Karen was the CFO for Intelligent Systems Corp., a publicly traded company, as well as CoreCard Software, Inc. their wholly owned subsidiary in the FinTech industry. Among her career highlights Karen as served as the President and CFO of zBoost, LLC, a consumer products company in the wireless technology industry, the interim CFO for DH Supply Company, a privately held firm in the distribution industry, the CFO at The McCamish Group and its subsidiary McCamish Systems, LLC, a technology and service solutions provider in the financial services industry and the VP of Finance for DayStar Digital, Inc., a technology company who exceled at forming unique strategic relationships with external firms. In the early stages of her career, Karen held various manager and director level roles at Norrell Corporation a strategic workforce management company offering staffing, outsourcing and professional services. Karen is a top and bottom-lined focused executive who takes early and growth stage organizations to the next level. Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Management/Accounting from Purdue University. She is a CPA, licensed in Georgia, and has a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation.
