Christopher E. Dietrick Assurance Partner Chris Dietrick is the lead real estate Assurance partner for PwC in the Atlanta area. Chris has over 23 years of experience in public accounting. Chris' experience spans across all real estate sectors including commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, hotel, and homebuilding. He has spent a significant portion of his career serving public REIT clients in various roles. He also has substantial hospitality as well as homebuilding experience. Finally, he has served a number of private real estate operating and investment companies investing in all property types, both domestically and internationally. He has assisted his clients throughout real estate cycles with acquisitions, divestitures, impairments, restructurings, and consolidations. He has significant experience with fair value reporting, leasing, sales of real estate, tax credit syndications, and International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). He has also led internal audit co-sourcing arrangements.
