Beth A. Kinstler
Beth A Kinstler is an accredited appraiser and estate liquidator, and licensed auctioneer who has pursued her career both here and in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her firm name is Avalon Appraisals. Her practice encompasses personal property appraisals for insurance, estate taxes, charitable donation, equitable distribution, bankruptcy, and loan collateralization. As an estate liquidator, she is frequently called on to help families deal with the personal property loved ones leave when they pass away. Recently, her biggest challenge occurred when she was called in to liquidate the estate of a prominent local antiques dealer who had stored over three thousand pieces of Depression glass in the attic. She says that a sense of humor helps immensely. Beth has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia as well as certificates from the International Society of Appraisers in Antique and Residential Contents, Oriental Rugs, Fine Art, and other continuing education courses which she attends each year. She recently was reaccredited by the International Society of Appraisers and hopes to continue building her practice here and in Hendersonville as an appraiser and estate liquidator. She is the only accredited appraiser in the Coastal Empire.
