Sean T. Lager, CPA
Sean Lager is a member of the assurance and advisory services practice of Frazier & Deeter and is the lead partner of Frazier & Deeter's International Financial Reporting Standards Group (IFRS). As an assurance partner, Sean brings more than 13 years of experience to the growth and development of the assurance and advisory practice of Frazier & Deeter. Sean provides assurance and advisory services to large and middle market companies. His financial reporting experience includes global and domestic companies reporting under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has significant experience in real estate, service organizations, power and energy, hospitality, and manufacturing & distribution. In addition to assurance services, Sean provides a variety of accounting consultative services ranging from companies adopting IFRS, USGAAP to IFRS conversions and business combination accounting.
