When seniors and their families experience healthcare challenges coupled with other related life stressors, it’s not uncommon for them to seek out answers and support. Tracy’s great passion is helping seniors and families receive the help and guidance they need in these times of crisis.? Tracy has been a registered nurse for over 35 years, having started her nursing career in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Throughout her career, she has used her nurse management skills to provide exceptional care to patients and families. She has also worked hard to ensure that the staff under her supervision are well-trained and competent in their roles. She is a role model for her colleagues and has been recognized and rewarded for her dedication to excellence. For the past 18 years Tracy has focused her passion and nursing expertise in the care of seniors and families. She has served as the Resident Care Director and the Executive Director of Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Communities in the Buckhead and North Georgia areas. Tracy is caring in her approach and able to bring solutions to complex care challenges that greatly improve the well-being of seniors and their families. She has a wealth of experience as it relates to the care of seniors and specialized training for seniors experiencing the overwhelming effects of dementia. Tracy works closely with her talented team to offer a wide range of resources and solutions to seniors, families and caregivers that maximize the quality and enjoyment of life. Tracy is a wife of 34 years and a mother to 3 amazing daughters and a wonderful son-in-law, as well as 7 beautiful grandchildren. Tracy enjoys the ocean, playing the piano, painting and cooking gourmet family meals.
