Allan Raulerson, CPA, ABV, CVA, ASA
Allan Raulerson is a Senior Manager at IAG Forensics & Valuation. Mr. Raulerson has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance and provides business and financial advice to attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process, as well as provides valuation consulting services for both public and private entities. He has experience in matters involving shareholder disputes, accounting malpractice matters, forensic investigations, economic damage calculations, and data analysis. His valuation experience includes business valuations for closely held businesses (under ASC 718/§409A), public company intangible assets impairment testing (under ASC 350), purchase price allocations (under ASC 805), tax purposes, and transactional support. Mr. Raulerson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Berry College where he majored in Finance and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He has completed additional masters level coursework in accounting at the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Raulerson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the AICPA, the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from NACVA, the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers, and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential from the ACFE
