David M. Green, J.D.

David Green represents businesses, their owners and senior executives on matters of corporate governance, operations, finance, acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiation, tax, estate and wealth planning, and business succession. Additionally, David frequently applies his knowledge and experience in tax and wealth planning to the negotiation of prenuptial agreements and the resolution of complex financial issues in divorce cases. Earlier in his career, David served as chief operating officer, chief financial officer and general counsel for a closely held group of businesses in the manufacturing, real estate and residential construction industries. A native of Springfield, Massachusetts, David was raised in central New Jersey. He graduated from Lafayette College with honors in 1985 and received his JD and MBA, both with honors, from Emory University in 1989. At Emory, David served as an editor of the Emory University Law Journal and earned membership to both the Order of the Coif and the Beta Gamma Sigma honor fraternity.
