Susan F. Wiedeman, CPA
Susan Wiedeman specializes in helping companies design and manage successful employee retirement programs. She partners with Employers, financial advisors, benefits consultants, investment managers and financial service companies to deliver solutions that help management teams and business owners reach their retirement plan goals. Susan began her career as a Certified Public Accountant in the corporate tax and audit department of a CPA firm. Her audit experience included retirement and health and welfare employee benefit plans and also worked in the small business consulting department. Beginning in 1992, Susan limited her practice to full-time retirement plan consulting and administration. She founded DML Benefits, LLC and provided services to employers throughout the southeast from 1992 through 2008. In 2008, Susan sold her firm to a national administration firm and worked for that firm for several years as the Southeast business development specialist. She currently practices as a consultant to Employers, TPA's, Financial Advisors, Investment Companies and CPA's. Susan is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia's J. M. Tull School of Accounting. She is a member of a number of professional organizations including the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
