Gerry Boudreau
Gerry Boudreau is a Director of Internal Audit Services in the Atlanta office. He has ten years of experience managing large scale projects for multinational companies. Gerry has deep experience in managing and delivering internal and compliance audit plans, as well as executing business process analyses, operational assessments, compliance reviews, and assessments of project management organizations (PMOs) across a wide variety of industries. In addition to Internal Audit execution, Gerry has helped numerous clients with many facets of their internal audit program, such as development of Internal Audit charters, risk assessment approach and methodology, audit committee reporting, strategic plans and follow-up procedures. Gerry has also assisted various clients in developing their annual audit plans and determining the best mix of resources to execute against their audit plans
