Everett A. Greer

Everett "Allen" Greer is the Director of Research for the Real Estate Risk Assessment division of Bank of America. In addition to analyzing real estate market trends, he manages an internal web site with extensive data, and oversees the publication of market profiles for 34 markets across the country, written by 27 experienced real estate professionals. Since joining the company in 1991, Mr. Greer has held a variety of management positions within the commercial appraisal division, and assumed responsibility for real estate research in 2001. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Greer held management and senior positions in the real estate consulting divisions of PKF Consulting, Bank of California (i.e. U.S. division of Mitsubishi), and First Nationwide Bank. Mr. Greer also held management positions in with two construction and development firms from 1978-1985. Mr. Greer holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and currently serves on the Ethics and Counseling Panel.
