Mary F. Radford
Mary F. Radford is a Professor at the Georgia State University College of Law, where she has taught since 1984. Her teaching areas are Wills & Estates; Estate Planning; Employment Discrimination; and Law & the Elderly. She served as a Judicial Fellow at the Supreme Court of the United States in 1990-91. Before she began teaching, she was an Associate Attorney at the Atlanta firm of Hansell & Post 1981-84. She received her J.D. (with distinction) from Emory Law School in 1981 and her B.A. (summa cum laude) from Newcomb College of Tulane University in 1974. She is an Academic Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel. She is the Reporter for the Guardianship Code Revision Committee (1997-present) and served also as the Reporter, Probate Code Revision Committee of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia (1992-96). Professor Radford is the author of the sixth edition of REDFEARN: WILLS & ADMINISTRATION IN GEORGIA. She was awarded the 2002 Treat Award for Excellence by the National College of Probate Judges.
