Durran Dunn, CPA
Durran Dunn is a ?nance, risk, and governance executive with 20 years of experience across public accounting, multinational corporations, and advisory services. He has extensive expertise in internal audit, enterprise risk management, SOX compliance, ?nancial reporting, governance, and operational transformation across multiple industries. Mr. Dunn began his career with KPMG LLP before serving in ?nance and audit leadership roles with organizations including Graphic Packaging International, Brambles-CHEP, UCB, Inc., Turner Broadcasting System (TBS), and Newell Brands. He has led global initiatives involving compliance transformation, internal controls, ESG reviews, operational process improvement, and enterprise technology implementations. In addition to his corporate and advisory experience, Mr. Dunn serves as a nonpro?t Board Director and brings a strong strategic perspective on governance, risk oversight, and organizational effectiveness.
