TRANSWESTERN ROLE As a key member of Transwestern’s leadership team, Kristine partners with company executives, market and finance leaders, and HR, marketing and IT specialists to support and inspire change. This includes identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies; implementing best practices across offices to enhance client service; driving accountability for business plans; and maximizing resource deployment among all service lines. Kristine works with stakeholders across the country to foster a collaborative, supportive workplace that offers opportunities for all, and she is highly adept at recruiting and developing talent that results in both personal and organizational success. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Prior to her current role, Kristine oversaw operations, team management, and administrative and marketing processes that drove performance throughout Transwestern’s Southeast Region. As a partner to the region’s president, Kristine developed and implemented service line strategy, managed regional business plans and budgets, coordinated new business pursuits, and fostered an admirable best place to work culture that continues to attract top talent. Previously, Kristine served as executive vice president/regional marketing director for the Southeast. In this capacity she led a team responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans, which resulted in innovative pitches, video content, and creative property marketing. She further differentiated Transwestern in the commercial real estate space via integrated public relations efforts that highlighted deals, market knowledge and commitment to the community. Before joining Transwestern, Kristine was director of marketing for Portman Holdings at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC). She developed advertising and communication campaigns for new and existing customers, and quickly established a reputation for effective project management and implementation of big picture marketing and branding initiatives.
