Amy S. Oneacre, CPA
Amy joined the Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) in April, 2008 as Manager of Sales and Use Tax law and Policy. Prior to joining the Georgia DOR she was Senior Manager in the State and Local Tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta, where she served numerous clients and industries in the Southeast area. Her previous experience includes over ten years in public accounting and private industry, specializing in sales, use, excise, and other transaction taxes. Amy's current responsibilities include facilitating taxpayer hearings and conferences, drafting legislation, rulings, policy statements, regulations and other written taxpayer guidance. Amy has a degree in accounting, and a post-graduate education from Georgia State University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
