John R. Foster, CPA
John Foster graduated from Southern Illinois University with an accounting degree in August of 1985. He was licensed as a CPA in the state of Georgia in May of 1988. he worked in local CPA firms until January of 1995. From this time until now John has held various positions at the Department of Revenue. John is currently the Income Tax Policy Manager in Tax Law and Policy.
