Dan Spilman is the founder of Spilman, Hills & Heidebrink, Ltd., a leading Toledo area CPA firm specializing in serving small and medium size companies. Spilman is responsible for the firm's consulting practice and has over 20 years experience advising privately owned companies on financial matters. Prior to establishing the firm, Spilman was the CFO of a large Toledo bank, and an auditor and consultant with a national CPA firm. He has been awarded the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Toledo and an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan.
