Bill Puryear
Founder of Franklin, TN based Cornerstone Alliance and Partner in the Philaelphia, PA based company, the Gabriel Institute, Bil Puryear was born and raised in Nashville, TN, attended Auburn University and has made business and relational impact all over the world. Bill's corporate mission is clear: "Meet each client at teh unique place of their needs; providing highly efective, value-driven, innovative and workable solution for positive change, forward motion and sustainable growth." Prior to moving back to the Nashville area in late 2009, Bill worked for 15 years in international business; living in Europe and Asia; starting, running, growing and turning around companies in the EU and US and Canada. As President & COO in a publicly traded engineering and manufacturing group, Bill had P&L responsibilities of $150-200 million. Bill made new strategic business relationships and partnerships, led the buy-outs and integration of competitors in Europe and North America, targeted and succesfully penetrated key clients and opened up new, profitable markets in countries throughout Europe and the America's. Having conducted business in more than 25 countries around the world and having managed multiple, international business units with diverse, blended cultures...Bill knows what it takes to make successful business, successful leaders and functional organizations on a global scale. Bill loves good teamwork. Most of 2009 was spent in Italy consulting for a publicly traded multinational corporation. Bill now spends most of his time doing management consulting with an emphasis on organizational development, executive team and leadership development and business development.
