Charles B. Hall, CPA, CFE
Charles B. Hall is a practicing CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner. For the last thirty years, he has primarily audited governments, nonprofits, and small businesses. Charles' sweet spot is governmental and nonprofit fraud prevention, authoring The Little Book of Local Government Fraud Prevention. Charles is the quality control partner for McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks, & Co., and consults with other CPA firms, assisting them with auditing and accounting issues. Charles is a past president of the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee for the Georgia Society of CPAs, serving on this committee for the past ten years. Charles graduated from the University of Georgia in 1984 with a Master of Accountancy degree. In 1980 he obtained a B.S. degree in finance.
