Lee Fritts
Lee Fritts, CPA, MST Lee is currently co-founder and Vice President of Education for Perpetual Learning Corporation, a company that focuses on providing tax, accounting and business training and seminars to public accounting firms and U.S. Businesses. Before that. she was a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP in the Atlanta office where she was the co-leader of the firm's Research and Development Tax Credit services group in the Southeast for two years. Prior to joining KPMG, Lee worked for Arthur Andersen in the New York office for seven year where she focused on providing Federal tax services to clients in Media Entrainment and Telecommunications industries, including large-scale R&D tax credit projects for high-profile clients. Lee obtained her BA in Accounting from North Carolina State University and her MS in Taxation from State University of New York at Albany. She is a CPA in the state of North Carolina.
