Todd Zeldin

Todd Zeldin, President and Founder of ACG Professionals, Inc., received his graduate degree from The Haas School of Business at The University of California at Berkeley and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. Mr. Zeldin founded ACG in 1992 after his tenure with Financial Automation Ltd., the developers of PRO-JECT. Recognizing the need to process information more efficiently, Mr. Zeldin has positioned ACG as an industry leader in providing lease abstracting, due diligence, IT consulting and analytical services to the real estate industry and to corporate real estate departments. Mr. Zeldin has fueled ACG's growth to service more than 500 firms internationally, evaluate billions of dollars of commercial real estate, abstract thousands of leases annually, and assist corporations in selecting and implementing technology solutions. Mr. Zeldin has guest lectured at such prestigious universities as University of Wisconsin, University of Florida, University of Georgia, Emory University, University of California at Berkeley, Columbia University, and University of North Carolina and has presented at several professional organizations including GSCPA, IREM, BOMA, NAIOP, REALCOMM, CoreNet, and ICSC. Mr. Zeldin currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Amy and his children Jacob and Hannah.
