Sheldon Enger
Sheldon M. Enger, is a principal in Shaw-Enger & Associates, St. Louis Missouri, a management consulting firm that specializes in assisting organizations with the development of a total strategy for competitive advantage. Prior to forming Shaw-Enger Associates, Sheldon was a partner in a "Big 5" accounting and consulting firm where his responsibilities included the direction of the firm's management consulting practice in the Mid-West Region. He was responsible for the development and management of the firm's Strategic Planning and Process Improvement and Re-engineering Practice on a national basis. Mr. Enger has been a consultant to the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences in Ann Arbor, Michigan and served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Quality Award based on the Malcolm Baldridge Award criteria for the Missouri Commission for Business Excellence. Mr. Enger is an Adjunct Professor at the St. Louis University School of Business Administration. He is frequently a speaker for various organizations and associations. Mr Enger holds BS and MBA degrees. He has attended Washington University of St. Louis and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
